NOT READY FOR A COACH?

We offer a variety of training programs for every skill level and pace from 5k to marathon.

At True Potential Running, we strive to help you achieve your running goals while helping others. We will donate 5% of your Coaching and Training Plan expenses to Girls On The Run, an organization that utilizes running to empower girls to find the confidence to pursue their boldest dreams.

By selecting any of these plans, you are authorizing True Potential Running to automatically charge your credit card. There is a one time, set up fee of 3%.

*We require a 3 month minimum commitment, but do not require an up-front payment. We will automatically charge your credit card once per month, each month until you choose to cancel.

HOW DOES PERSONALIZED
COACHING WORK?

Once you sign up for the training service that meets your needs, you will be sent an athlete questionnaire designed to learn more about you as a person, runner and any goals or races in your future. You are then paired with a True Potential Running certified running coach who will work with you 1:1 providing daily workouts, pacing, motivation and support.

HOW WILL I SEE MY WORKOUTS?
 

We use the platform Training Peaks for our athletes training schedule, daily workouts and communication between coach
and athlete.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY TRAINING SERVICE/CANCEL MY PLAN?

No worries. No contract, you're able to change between plans as your needs change. Cancel anytime.

STRENGTH TRAINING?

 

Strength training for runners is so important for not only strength, but also injury prevention. Your coach will incorporate appropriate running specific strength training into your training plan.
